Both gates have faulty motor contactors. <br />All of the end wedge drive chains are too loose and need to be adjusted to take out slack. <br />All electrical panels need proper labeling and arc flash notices installed according to NEC requirements. <br />Replace all burned out navigation lamps. <br />The east end jack gearbox oil level is low. Add gear oil to the recommended fill level. <br />The top hinge was missing at the pole mounted electrical service equipment enclosure. Replace the hinge to securely lock the service <br />equipment enclosure. <br />The conduits under the bridge are rusted. Clean and paint the rusted conduits. <br />When pulling the wedges the South East wedge drive chain is rubbing against the grease lines mounted on top of the structrual <br />member. Relocate the grease lines to the side of the beam. <br />The ring gear has no grease and is showing signs of corrosion. Apply a thin layer of grease to all of the ring gear teeth. <br />Most of the drive gears are corroded.
