There are a few similar longitudinal cracks present. The cracks were filled with emulsion, <br />however, the emulsion plug has failed. See Photo 2. <br />In Span 1 at Abutment 1, the broken AC pieces below the seal course material are beginning to break through an area up to 2 feet <br />wide x 2 feet long in the southbound lane. (See Photo 3). Previously, the effected area was recorded as up to 18 inches long x full <br />deck width with full width cracks up to 2 inches wide and are intersected by diagonal and longitudinal cracks up to 2 inches wide. See <br />Photo 5 dated 11/29/2021. <br />In Span 2 near Bent 3, there are three full width transverse cracks up to 0.38 inches wide spaced 4 to 6 feet on center. Between the <br />transverse cracks there are pattern cracks up to 0.125 inches wide and spaced 12 inches on center. (See Photo 4). Previously <br />reported, on the left side the AC was broken up in pieces as small as 1 inch wide over an area of 2 feet x 2 feet on the left side.
