(See <br />Photo 4 dated 11/20/2019). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />In Girder 6, there is an intermittent full length check up to 0.5 inches deep at mid-height of the girder. See Photo 8 dated 11/10/2023. <br />This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />Span 3: <br />In Girder 2, there is a full length check up to 0.5 inches deep on the right side of the girder. (See Photo 8 dated 11/29/2021). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a split in the end of Girder 18 at Bent 2 on the Span 1 side. The split is up to 0.125 inches wide x 12 inches long. In addition, <br />there is a section of missing wood up to 0.5 inches wide x 4 inches long. (See Photo 7 dated 11/29/2021). This condition has been <br />previously reported in Girder 18 at Bent 2 in both Spans 1 and 2. Girder 18 has been replaced in Span 2. See Photo 1.
