See Photo 4. <br />There is minor abrasion with exposed sound coarse aggregate on the lower portions of the RC abutments. <br />The pile element is included to indicate the presence of piles on this structure. The piles were not exposed for visual <br />inspection. Based on a comparison to the 03/25/2019 Photos 21 and 22, this condition has remained <br />unchanged. <br />Defect 7000 has been included to account for the conditions noted under Defect 1900.
