See Photos 4 and 5 of the 2019 BIR. <br />The deck was treated with methacrylate in 2012. Three <br />metal rail post were affected. See Photo 3 from the 2023 BIR. <br />There is a minor bend on the top of the MBBR in Span 4 left due to fallen tree branch. See Photo 4 from the 2023 BIR. <br />This element has impact damage. The specific of the impact damage has been captured under Condition State 3 of Defect <br />1900.
