No signs of decay were observed. <br />There are checks up to 1 inch deep and 0.25 inches wide in the Column 4 at Abutment 1 and Column 4 at Pier 2. (See Photo 8 dated <br />02/07/2023). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There were no significant defects noted. <br />The abutments were drilled during this investigation.
