(See Photo 7 dated 11/10/2023).
This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
There is a diagonal crack up to 0.08 inches wide x full height in the face of Abutment 1 about the centerline. (See Photo 7 dated
11/20/2019). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
The left wingwall at Abutment 1 has moved laterally. The left and right wingwalls have been tied together with steel anchors to arrest
further movement. The vertical gap was noted to be 4 inches in the 2006 report but appears to have remained stable at 6 inches
since the 2008 inspection. (See Photo 8 dated 11/10/2023). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes
were noted.
The timber cap at Bent 3 has two checks. One is 0.5 inches wide x half the length of the cap on the Span 2 side and the other is up
to 0.75 inches wide, full length, on the bottom face. Both checks penetrate approximately 1 inch deep, 10% section depth. (See
Photo 4 dated 11/29/2021). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
The timber cap at Bent 2 has two splits. One is 12 inches wide x 18 inches long x 2 inch penetration, in the longitudinal direction
along the bottom near Column 2 and the other is 2 feet long x 2 inches wide x 1 inch deep on the bottom edge on the Span 2 side
between Columns 2 and 3. (See Photo 8 dated 11/20/2019). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes
were noted.
There were no significant defects noted.
The slope protection about Bent 2 has washed away. (See Photo 4). This condition has been previously reported and no significant
changes were noted.
