These spalls are generally in the wheel lines and follow the transverse rebar. Similar spalls are developing in <br />Spans 6 and 7. (See Photos 3 and 4). This condition has been previously reported and additional spalling in Span 3 were noted. <br />There is a patch up to 3 feet long x 2 feet wide in the left wheel line of the left lane in the deck in Span 3. The patch is sound but <br />exhibits pattern cracks up to 0.02 inches wide spaced as close as 3 inches on center. (See Photo 4).
