There is pattern cracking developing up to 0.05 inches wide spaced as close as 3 inches on center in Span 1. (See Photos 5 and 6). This condition has been previously reported, crack width and pattern cracking in Span 1 changes were noted. There are transverse cracks up to 0.01 inches wide x full bay width spaced 3 feet on center with light efflorescence throughout the soffit. Span 3 soffit is most severe. (See Photo 5 dated 09/21/2022). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. Non -Routine Inspection Element Notes: Notes from the 11/16/2015 Underwater Investigation: "As reported in the 11/2/2010 UWI report, there were approximately 40 full widtl• soffit cracks found, mostly in Span 3. There was no indication of rust or other distress in the deck. This condition is accounted for in the 9/24/2014 routine inspection report ELI table with the cracking defect applied in condition state 2. The 11/16/15 UW inspection found no significant changes to those conditions." (16-16-1190) Abrasion (PS Conc./RC) The deck is abraded throughout and is missing coarse aggregate. (See Photos 3, 6 and archived Photo 4 dated 09/15/2020). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. (16-512) Deck Wearing Surface -Epoxy This quantity accounts for the thin epoxy overlay in the northbound lane over a length of approximately 180 feet near Abutment 8. (16-512-3212) Delam./Spall/Patch-Epoxy(WS) The epoxy overlay is delaminating, exposing the concrete deck in the traveled way. There are areas of the overlay up to 5 feet long x 24 inches wide that are now bare. This condition accounts for approximately 10% of the overlay by area. (See Photo 7). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. See Photo 4 dated 09/19/2018. (302-2320) Seal Adhesion (Joints) There is a section up to 2.5 feet long of missing joint seal in the northbound lane at Abutment 1. (See Photo 6 dated 09/21/2022). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. (302-2360) Adjacent Deck or Header (Joints) The joint headers at both abutments have small spalls up to 2 inches in diameter and longitudinal cracks throughout. (See Photo 5 dated 09/15/2020).
