that no less than one lane of the aistipg CoUIIty road traveled way will <br />be maintained open to public traffic duriog working bours in a smootltand safe riding condition(s).Two lanes shall be opec after woddng bours.2.In cases whele road closure is permitted,the permission to close the road will be granted under ,the condition that the Pemlittce notify the <br />farrowing persons and/or
