All broken <br />universal waste lamps and releases shall be immediately cleaned and containerized. Immediately store all universal <br />waste lamps in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment. <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />706 CCR 66273.33.5 Failed to properly manage universal waste electronic devices, CRTs or CRT glass. <br />The following observations were made during the inspection: <br />-At Corp Yard north of 865, there were electronics waste and a CRT stored on the ground and a pallet including a <br />microwave, a computer monitor, a keyboard, and lamps. <br />-At building 874, electronics waste were left outside next to the bunker in a box. <br />Universal waste electronic devices, CRTs and CRT glass shall be stored in a manner that prevents breakage and <br />release to the environment. All broken universal waste electronic devices, CRTs, and CRT glass and releases shall be <br />immediately cleaned and containerized. Immediately store all universal waste electronic devices, CRTs, and CRT <br />glass in a manner that prevents breakage and release to the environment. <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />712 CCR 66273.34 Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. <br />The following observations were made during the inspection: <br />-At 865 Corp Yard, two fluorescent tubes were stored open and unlabeled. <br />-At Corp Yard north of 865, there were electronics waste and a CRT stored on the ground and a pallet including a <br />microwave, a computer monitor, a keyboard, and lamps without a label. <br />-At building 874, electronics waste was stored on a pallet outside without a label. <br />Universal waste shall be marked with the words "Universal Waste” and the type of waste (batteries, mercury <br />containing equipment, lamps, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass).
