FLOOD <br /> Before the Flood: <br /> Keep on hand materials like sandbags, plywood, plastic sheeting and lumber to <br /> protect buildings from flood water and to make quick repairs after a severe ontorm. <br /> 2. Keep a portable, battery-operated radio, flashlights and first aid supplies <br /> hand <br /> and in working order. <br /> 3. Secure equipment that may be swept away by a flood. <br /> During or after heavy rains: <br /> 1. An emergency coordinator shall be assigned to keep periodic watch for <br /> possibility of flooding and to listen to the <br /> rads for information and instructions rs <br /> from local government and emergency immediately <br /> 2. If anyone sees any possibility of a flood or flash flood occurring, the <br /> notify an emergency coordinator. The emergency coordinator will a a tonssns of <br /> possibility of a flood or flash flood, and if appropriate, take necessary <br /> notifying all employees. <br /> If local authorities release flood warnings: <br /> . If time permits, the emergency coordinators will supervise the performance of the <br /> following duties: rotection in place, based on anticipated flood <br /> A.
