During the flood: <br /> 1. Notify appropriate local authorities of the flood at your facility and probable <br /> evacuation. The numbers for the following agencies can be found in Section A, <br /> under the heading, "Reference Telephone Numbers." <br /> A. Local OES <br /> B. Local Health Department <br /> C. Local municipal utilities district (within s hours) <br /> i <br /> D. In case of release of hazardous materals/waste into the flood waters, see <br /> the Notification Procedures page in Section A of this Contingency Plan. <br /> 2.
