7. Fall Protection <br />If a ladder is required to a specific duty such as hanging signs, use a ladder no more than <br />six feet. A ladder over six feet is not acceptable or permitted. <br />Do not stand on the top step of the ladder. <br />8. Respiratory Protection <br />Do not enter an area when gases, fumes, vapors or dust in concentrations above OSHA <br />exposure limits or when an oxygen -deficient atmosphere exists. Contact a supervisor if <br />unsure of the conditions. <br />9. Job Safety Procedures <br />1. Safety Data Sheets Locations <br />SDS is located in the break room by the telephone. <br />2. House Keepine <br />Each employee is responsible for housekeeping at their work site. Housekeeping <br />hazards will not be tolerated. <br />All work areas shall be kept clean and orderly. Exit doors, exit routes and all <br />passageways must be kept unobstructed. Hoses and cables shall be located so as not <br />to present a tripping hazard. <br />Waste materials/scrap shall be removed from the job site and placed in the garbage at <br />the end of each day. <br />3. Vehicle Maintenance and House Keepine <br />Vehicle maintenance is recorded and kept by the warehouse roll up door. Additional <br />maintenance records are stored in the vehicle file in president's office. <br />Vehicles are to be kept orderly daily and cleaned as needed. <br />0 <br />
