Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and include the required <br />information in the contingency plan. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />203 <br />HSC 25189.5(c) Transported or caused transportation of hazardous waste to an unauthorized point. <br />Eight 55 -gallon steel drums of potentially un -punctured used oil and fuel filters were observed on a pallet adjacent to <br />a trailer parked on the property, and several 55 -gallons steel drums of un -punctured used oil and fuel filters were <br />observed inside the warehouse. Alberto Hernandez stated that these drums were transported from Sacramento <br />Waste Oil customers to the property address inspected, 6299 E WEST RIPON RD, MANTECA, CA 95337. 6299 E <br />WEST RIPON RD, MANTECA, CA 95337 does not have a permit from the Department of Toxic Substances Control <br />(DTSC) to receive hazardous waste. No person shall transport or cause the transportation of hazardous waste to a <br />facility which does not have a permit from DTSC.
