If you <br /> do not follow the sequence specified in this section for the Plan, you must prepare an equivalent Plan acceptable to <br /> the Regional Administrator that meets all of the applicable requirements listed in this part, and you must supplement <br /> it with a section cross-referencing the location of requirements listed in this part and the equivalent requirements in <br /> the other prevention plan. If the Plan calls for additional facilities or procedures, methods, or equipment not yet fully <br /> operational, you must discuss these items in separate paragraphs, and must explain separately the details of <br /> installation and operational start-up. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 609 CFR 112.7(a)(3vi), 112.7(a4)Plan failed to adequately contain procedures for reporting a discharge. <br /> The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure(SPCC)Plan does not provide information and procedures to <br /> enable a person to adequately report a discharge. The name and number of the appropriate local agency is not <br /> found in the Plan.The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and its phone number must be in the <br /> SPCC plan, along with any cleanup contractors with whom you have an agreement for response. If a response plan <br /> was not submitted to the Regional Administrator, this information must be included in the SPCC Plan. You must <br /> address in your plan a contact list and phone numbers for the facility response coordinator, National Response <br /> Center, cleanup contractors with whom you have an agreement for response, and all appropriate Federal, State, <br /> and local agencies who must be contacted in case of a discharge.
