SHUTDOWN PROCEDURES <br />Electrical Shutoff <br />In order to cut off all electrical power to the facility turn off the main breaker at the main <br />electrical panel (northeast corner of the warehouse, near the cooling tower). <br />Ideally turn off power to all process equipment prior to turning off the electrical main. <br />If this is not possible, turn off all breakers in any accessible panel boxes. <br />Be certain that all equipment is off before turning the breakers back on. <br />Gas Main Shutoff <br />The gas main for the warehouse is located near the front of the building at the northeast <br />corner of the warehouse, near the cooling tower, and directly opposite the main electrical <br />panel. <br />Water Main Shutoff <br />The water main for the warehouse is located near the front gate entrance and another <br />access point is at the pump house. In each location, the water may be turned on or off by <br />turning the stem handle clockwise (ON) or counterclockwise (OFF). <br />Welding Gas Shutoff <br />Shutoff all welding gasses at the tank during an emergency (if safe to do so). Turn valve on <br />tank to the right until it is all the way in the down and closed position. <br />Forklift Propane Tank Shutoff <br />Shut-off all propane tanks on forklifts during an emergency (if it is safe to do so). Turn valve <br />on tank to the right until it is all the way in the down and closed position. <br />Bulk Diesel Tank Shut -Off <br />A shut-off valve is installed on the diesel fuel pipe to the diesel engine in the Fire Pump Shed. <br />In the event of a diesel fuel release, close this valve, if safe to do so. 1V, <br />veGlexi <br />4 1p15 <br />ENvWxioNM�M�� <br />
