Inspection Report 12/03/2015 Wilson Way Tire Company, Inc. TPID 1000837 Inspection Report IW-1031840 located in waste tire for some time due to observation of algae,vegetative matter, debris,and evaporation rings, and is in violation of 14 CCR,Section 17353(a), all waste tires shall be stored in a manner which prevents the breeding and harborage of mosquitos. No other violations or area of concerns were observed in this area. All waste tire counts using volumetric calculations were reduced by 20 percent.All individually counted waste tires were not reduced, and considered a direct count. Registered Hauler Vehicles At the time of inspection,twelve (12) registered hauler vehicles were observed at facility.All registered hauler vehicles had the proper decals and registration certificates. No violations were observed.
