A government auditor will require full <br />recordkeeping of each individual AST holding 55 gallons or more of a regulated oil. <br />If Purchaser does not have a SPCC plan available for review, it is Purchaser's <br />responsibility to determine if this scope of work meets their SPCC plan and necessary <br />state and federal requirements. <br />STI SP001 inspections are for atmospheric tanks storing combustible and flammable <br />liquids with a specific gravity of < 1. <br />3.0 SP001 Inspection Pricing: $1,200.00 per Tank <br />This location has two (2) Tanks: One (1) 10,000 gallon Steel, SW containing Diesel. <br />One (1) 500 gallon Steel, SW containing Waste Oil <br />Total price $2,400.00 <br />**If a man lift is required it will be billed at cost plus 15%. <br />Additional charges, of no less than $75 per man-hour, will apply if there are delays for reasons <br />controlled by or the responsibility of Purchaser. Delays that impact the completion schedule may <br />result in additional mobilization costs that will be charged to Purchaser if the travel itinerary <br />changes. <br />This pricing includes all living, travel, and incidental expenses incurred by Tanknology's <br />engineers/technicians while executing the proposed work. The pricing also includes the cost of <br />drawings, reports and manuals, and includes use of specialized test instruments and laboratory tests <br />as may be needed to accomplish the proposed work. The above pricing does not include any duties <br />or applicable sales or use taxes, nor does the pricing include any fees, permits, licenses or the like, <br />which shall be borne by the Purchaser. <br />The above pricing will be valid for a period of thirty days from the date of this proposal. <br />Tanknology may alter pricing if Purchaser does not accept this proposal within the thirty -day <br />period. <br />4.0 Payment Terms: If Purchaser has a current Master Services Agreement ("MSA") with <br />Tanknology, the payment terms of the MSA will apply. Otherwise, Tanknology will invoice <br />Purchaser for all services performed at an AST location upon completion of services at that location. <br />Terms are net 30 days after the date of the invoice with approved credit; otherwise payment is due <br />upon completion or in advance. Purchaser agrees to pay all sales taxes, use taxes, and all other fees <br />or taxes, if any, levied by state, county, local, municipal, and other governmental authorities upon <br />services, materials, parts and equipment supplied by Tanknology (except taxes based upon the net <br />income of Tanknology). All amounts due to Tanknology, but unpaid on or before the due date, <br />will bear (and Purchaser shall pay) interest until paid at the lesser of eighteen percent (18%) per <br />annum or the highest interest rate allowed by law, beginning thirty-one days after the invoice date. <br />Purchaser shall reimburse Tanknology for all reasonable expenses and legal fees incurred in <br />collecting payment. <br />5.0 Purchaser's Responsibilities: It is Purchaser's responsibility to: <br />5.1 Provide Tanknology a complete copy of Purchaser's SPCC plan, if available, and assure <br />that Purchaser's SPCC plan satisfies Purchaser's requirements and complies with <br />industry standards and applicable state and federal requirements. <br />5.2 Determine if this scope of work satisfies Purchaser's SPCC plan and other requirements, <br />including applicable state and federal requirements, unless Purchaser has provided <br />Tanknology a complete copy of Purchaser's SPCC Plan. <br />5.3 For insulated tanks, ensure that the insulation does not include asbestos prior to scheduled <br />inspection. <br />5.4 Provide Tanknology's technician with access to the AST(s) on reasonable dates and <br />times. Inspections will be completed during normal business hours. Weekend access <br />may be requested. <br />
