(Sara Lee), PSC Environmental Services (PSC) in <br />conjunction with ETIC Engineering (ETIC) is submitting this letter documenting the notes of our y, <br />meeting with you and Mr. Nuel Henderson on November 10, 2005, concerning the above - <br />referenced facility (Figures 1 and 2). During the meeting, we discussed the current status of the <br />site and potential future work to be performed. A summary of these items are presented below. <br />• Quarterly groundwater monitoring will be performed during the months of January, April, <br />July, and October. We will notify SJCEHD at least one week prior to sampling or other field <br />activities. <br />• The depth -to -water, free product thickness (if present), and total depth of all of the wells will <br />be measured on a quarterly basis. ` <br />• The depth -to -water will be measured in each well prior to sampling to ensure adequate <br />recovery (80%) of the water level. <br />• Wells MW -5, MW -7, and SP -1 will be redeveloped, if the November 2005 gauging data <br />confirm that excessive silt has accumulated in the casings. <br />• Ms. McCartney and Mr. Henderson stated that air sparging wells SP -3, SP -4, SP -5, and SP -6 _ <br />no longer need to be sampled. <br />• PSC and ETIC request the following changes to the groundwater sampling schedule. <br />.
