Buckets <br /> holding the liners with water based primer waste will have lids and will be labeled as <br /> hazardous waste and will be emptied daily. The full drum was hauled offsite on July 26, <br /> 2011 on Manifest No. 0000377DAT, Line item 14 (Fig. 2). The mop bucket containing <br /> the chromium contaminated mop was sitting in the area, because the drum of chromium <br /> contaminated mop water was full. The full drum was hauled offsite on July 25, 2011 on <br /> Manifest No. 000037722DAT, Line item 7 (Fig. 2) . A new drum was placed in the area <br /> and the mop bucket was emptied into the drum. The drum will be hauled offsite within <br /> 90 days after it becomes full or within a year of the accumulation date, whichever occurs <br /> first. A hazardous waste label will be placed on the mop bucket and will be emptied <br /> daily. <br /> A 55 gallon drum of liquid waste paint related material was observed in the Prime <br /> Line room incorrectly labeled as chromium debris solid. <br /> The drum was correctly labeled during the inspection. <br /> Six 55 gallon drums of spent carbon were observed in the Hazardous Waste Storage <br /> area without a hazardous property marked. <br /> The hazardous property was marked and corrected during the inspection. Labels are <br /> provided and completed by the company filling the drums. In the future, we will inspect <br /> the labels to ensure that it is properly completed. <br /> A 55 gallon drum of vent scrubber spent carbon was observed without the words <br /> "hazardous waste" or a physical state or hazardous property listed. <br /> The drum was properly labeled on July 12, 2011. The employees responsible for <br /> labeling, Lon Kitagawa, Anthony Badgett, and Robert Kennedy, received training on July <br /> 20'', 2011 by Steve Reichow of NES (Fig. 5). <br /> A 5 gallon bucket of fluoride rinse was observed in the laboratory storage area <br /> without a physical state, hazardous property, or the generator's name and address. <br /> The 5 gallon bucket actually contained fluoboric acid rinse water and it was properly <br /> labeled on July 12, 2011 and hauled offsite on July 26, 2011 on Manifest No. <br /> 000037721 DAT, Line item 3 (Fig. 1).
