0 0 <br />eonse <br />Sims Metal Management Emergency Jne 2010 <br />11.2.3 Inspect all automatic units for proper operation and inspect all automated <br />alarm systems for proper function. <br />11.2.4 Inspect all plumbing, piping, and fixed pumps for damage or leakage. <br />11.2.5 Inspect all electrical boards, overhead power lines, and electrical outlets <br />for damage. <br />11.2.6 Take any necessary corrective measures to rectify ;potential or actual <br />problems. If any hazardous material or waste has been or is being <br />released, refer to section 6.0 above and treat the situation accordingly. <br />11.2.7 Contact the SHEC Coordinator as soon as the inspection is complete and <br />relate all findings. <br />11.2.8 An incident report must be completed and submitted to the SHEC <br />Coordinator within 72 hours. <br />12.0 Bomb Threats 1 Domestic Terrorism <br />12.1 Although most bomb threats are not legitimate, those that are carry a tremendous <br />potential to cause injury and death, therefore, no matter how dubious the bomb <br />threat, always treat it as serious and take immediate action. <br />12.2 Stay calm, alert, courteous, and cautious. <br />1.2.3 Record any bomb threat made directly to you in as much detail as possible as <br />soon as possible. If the threat is made in regards to a site, withdraw from the site <br />immediately prior to recording any information. <br />12.4 Notify the SHEC Coordinator and all other personnel on site and evacuate the <br />area immediately. <br />12.5 Report the threat to the SHEC Coordinator immediately. If the SHEC Coordinator <br />has any special requests concerning procedures and action to take that do not <br />place any employees in harms way, comply with the wishes within reason. <br />12.6 Proceed to the rally point for roll call. DO NOT leave the rally point prior to roll <br />call unless the rally point becomes an unsafe location. If for any reason you have <br />to leave the rally point, contact the Emergency Coordinator as soon as possible. <br />12.7 DO NOT, under any circumstances, re-enter the site until authorities have <br />cleared the location for entry. <br />13.0 Notification of Authorities <br />If it becomes necessary to notify the authorities for an emergency or other incident, the <br />proper protocol is as follows, <br />13 <br />
