PE 2249 SC 002 <br />Sav stated that he received a phone call from Stacy Rivera about this <br />release and left some messages with her attempting to explain the release. <br />I asked Sav to explain the source of the "non-haz" water to me. He <br />explained that the water came from the "high explosive waste" porocessing <br />area and resulted from wash water that is used to rinse off the floor that <br />contains high explosive dust waste. I explained that is one of the violaitons <br />we questioned and wanted more information on as this appeared to be an <br />unpermitted treatment activity. Sav stated that activity is covered under <br />DTSC's RCRA permit activities. I said that would have been nice to know <br />during the inspection as we were told it was not waste. Sav will review his <br />DTSC permit to see if it is covered and get back to me. <br />09/21/2016 Received an email from Mancieri, Sav <mancieri1@llnl.gov> regarding site PR0514115 MANZO <br />30 min access, called him and left a voice message at 925-422-6920, received a PE 2249 SC 002 <br />call back from Sav, discussed the long term batch 3-4 day one that is <br />obtained in Livermore, he indicated that site 300 has to request badges and <br />they need to know when we are coming. I indicated that I will discuss with <br />Michelle Henry (the second inspector for this year's inspection) and will let <br />him know. <br />10/24/2016 Badge coordination with Stan, email string trying to get documents and PR0514115 HENRY <br />60 min information prior to inspection to expedite time spent on site. Hopefully will PR0514115 HENRY <br />60 min able to review at the site. PE 2249 SC 002 <br />10/28/2016 File review, inspection preparation, printed manifest list from DTSC, PR0514115 MANZO <br />222 min reviewed previous report and the RTC response. Visit to the badging office PE 2249 SC 002 <br />in Livermore to obtain facility badge needed for inspection next week. <br />10/28/2016 Drove to Livermore to get multiday badge with Elena. File prep for routine PR0514115 HENRY <br />360 min inspection beginning Monday October 31, 2016 PE 2249 SC 002 <br />10/31/2016 Inspection preparation, facility inspection. Met with facility representatives PR0514115 MANZO <br />408 min for the pre -inspection meeting at Site 300.
