LLNL replaced several <br />transformers with more efficient models that require less maintenance and use more <br />environmentally friendly oils. Used oil from approximately 35 of the old transformers is the <br />source of the majority of this waste stream. <br />SOURCE REDUCTIONlPOLLUTION FREVENTION EVALUATION <br />Desci7ption of Measure: <br />Additional transformers will be replaced with the more efficient models, but this will be <br />done based on mission need basis.
