CFR 112.7(a)(3)(i) SPCC Plan failed to include description of product type and storage <br /> capacity for each container <br /> • Ameron Material Inventory lists the material chemical description, location stored/ used and maximum storage/ <br /> typical —onsite. The list states that Diesel #2, located inside the Diesel Tank has having 9,000 gallons. This <br /> diesel tank capacity holds 10,000 gallons. The list states Unleaded Gasoline, located inside the Gasoline Tank <br /> has holding 200 gallons. This gasoline tank capacity holds 300 gallons. This list is missing information on form <br /> oil, the solvent mineral spirits, and the mobile refueler. <br /> • The plan must address type of oil in each fixed containers and its storage capacity. For mobile/ portable <br /> containers, either provide type of oil and storage capacity for each container or provide estimates of potential <br /> number of mobile/ portable containers, types of oil and anticipated storage capacities. <br /> • Correct by submitting a copy of the revised Ameron Material Inventory with the correct storage shell capacity <br /> of page to SJC EHD within 30 days (04-30-10). This Material Inventory list should include all petroleum-based: <br /> fuel (automotives, other petroleum-based internal combustion engine fuels, gasoline, bio-diesel), fuel oil, <br /> distillate fuel (turbine, boiler), heating oils, illuminating oil (lamps), waste oil, petroleum solvents (mineral <br /> spirits, paint thinners, Stoddard solvents), hydrocarbons (naphthas, naphthalenes), olefins, alkanes, alkylates, <br /> aromatics, inks, oil-based paint (coatings, thinners, solvents), crude oil. <br /> #20. CFR 112.7(a)(3)(ii) SPCC Plan failed to include procedures for routine handling of products <br /> and discharge prevention measures <br /> • SPCC Plan that included procedures for routine handlings and discharge was unavailable for review. <br /> • The Plan must include prevention measure including procedures for routine handling of products (loading, <br /> unloading and facility transfers) <br /> • Correct by including in your Plan these procedures of how petroleum-based products are handled, stored, <br /> un/loaded, transferred (including our mobile refueler vehicle, tanks, mobile/ portable containers). <br /> #21. CFR 112.7(a)(3)(iii) SPCC Plan failed to show discharge or drainage controls (secondary <br /> containment), equipment, and procedures for control of drainage <br /> • SPCC Plan that included discharge/drainage controls, equipment and procedures for control of drainage was <br /> unavailable for review. <br /> • This Plan must include discharge/drainage controls such as secondary containment around containers/other <br /> structures, equipment with the procedures for control of discharge. <br /> • Correct by including in your Plan these procedures for discharge/drainage controls and equipments used. <br /> #24.
