The new consulting firm is Dudek & <br /> Associates, Inc. , 305 Third Street, Encinitas, CA 92024 . Their <br /> telephone number is (619) 942-5147 . Peter Quinlan, who has been <br /> fur several years the project manager for the KPF facility, is <br /> now at Dudek and will continue as the manager for the Kearney-KPF <br /> project at his new firm. If he has not done so already, I'm sure <br /> that Peter will introduce to you other Dudek staff who will be <br /> assuming major operational responsibilities for site activities. <br /> As you can imagine, transferring the large and many- <br /> faceted Kearney-KPF project from one consulting firm to another <br /> cannot be done both efficiently and instantaneously, even with <br /> the continuity provided by maintaining a single project manager. <br /> Consequently, although day-to-day responsibility for groundwater <br /> investigation and monitoring activities has shifted to Dudek, <br /> Hargis + Associates is still finalizing some related activities, <br /> such as the report on drilling waste disposal recently sent to <br /> the Board.
