1, <br /> 1 . Landowners agree to grant Kearney, its agents , <br /> servants and employees permission to enter upon the real <br /> property of Landowners described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br /> (hereinafter referred to as Landowners ' property) for the <br /> purpose of installing wells in the locations indicated in <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto . Landowners further agree to <br /> exercise due care not to disturb any wells installed pursuant <br /> to this agreement and grant to Kearney, its agents , servants <br /> and employees limited access to the wells described herein as <br /> is necessary for the maintenance and sampling of said wells <br /> during the well-monitoring program. <br /> 2 . Kearney, in consideration of Landowners granting <br /> of permission to Kearney to install and maintain wells as in <br /> paragraph 1 hereof set forth, agrees as follows : <br /> A. Any and all wells to be constructed shall be <br /> constructed and completed at the location set forth in Exhibit <br /> "A" attached hereto, pursuant to Exhibit "B" attached hereto , <br /> said Exhibit "B" containing Kearney ' s plans for installation <br /> and maintenance of said monitoring wells . <br /> B. Kearney further agrees to remedy and repair <br /> any injury to Landowners ' property described in Exhibit "A" <br /> occurring by reason of Kearney' s operations on said real <br /> property, by promptly restoring Landowners ' property to a <br /> condition equal to the condition Landowners ' property was in <br /> immediately prior to the injury caused by Kearney. Such <br /> restoration shall include the removal of all debris resulting <br /> 2 <br />
