Kearney agrees to maintain during the entire term of this <br /> agreement the following insurance coverage from a good and <br /> responsible company or companies licensed to do insurance <br /> business and doing insurance business in the State of <br /> California : A policy of liability insurance covering loss <br /> resulting in bodily injury to, or death of , one or more persons <br /> and loss from an accident resulting in damage to or destruction <br /> of property, said policy to be a combined single limits policy <br /> in the amount of at least ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1, 000 , 000 . 00) . <br /> Kearney agrees that Landowners shall be named as additional <br /> insured on the aforementioned policy or policies of insurance <br /> and shall present Landowners with proof of such insurance. <br /> 14 . Kearney further agrees that Kearney, its agents , <br /> employees and representatives shall neither do nor commit <br /> anything to be done in or about Landowners ' property which is <br /> not specifically related to the installation of the monitoring <br /> wells and the construction and maintenance of the same, all as <br /> herein set forth. <br /> 15 . Kearney further agrees that any and all <br /> installation, construction, operation, maintenance or <br /> destruction of the monitoring wells herein described shall be <br /> done in accordance and in compliance with all laws , statutes, <br /> ordinances or other governmental rules or regulations now in <br /> force or which may hereinafter be enacted or promulgated by any <br /> governmental agency or entity having jurisdiction over any <br /> matters set forth in this agreement . <br /> 6 - <br />
