Respondent violated 40 CFR, section 265. 93 (f) , in that <br /> on or about December 6 and 7 , 1988 , Respondent failed to provide <br /> accurate measuring point elevations. <br /> SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br /> 3 . Based on the foregoing DETERMINATION OF VIOLATIONS , IT <br /> IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: <br /> 3 . 1. 1 . All groundwater work performed pursuant to this <br /> Order shall be performed consistent with and utilizing (a) the <br /> RCRA Groundwater Monitoring Technical Enforcement Guidance <br /> Document which is published by the United States Environmental <br /> Protection Agency, Document No. OSWER-9950 . 1, or (b) written <br /> guidance provided by Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) and the Department. All groundwater <br /> work shall be submitted for review and approval to the <br /> Department (lead agency in this RCRA Closure) and to the <br /> CVRWQCB. <br /> 3 . 1. 2 . Within 30 days of the effective date of this Order, <br /> Respondent shall provide the Department with any purchasing, <br /> shipping and other records which indicate the organic solvents <br /> used or disposed of at the facility.
