0 0 <br /> b. Inspect all tankage and/or containment structures for <br /> signs of leakage or damage. <br /> C. Inspect all operational units for proper operations mode <br /> and manually check to ensure all automatic and alarmed <br /> features on the unit are working. <br /> d. Inspect all piping, valves, and fixed pumping units for <br /> damage. <br /> e. Inspect electrical boards, overhead electrical lines and <br /> poles for damage. <br /> f. Take any necessary corrective measures, however <br /> temporary, to rectify potential or real problems. <br /> g. Contact the Client Emergency Coordinator to relate the <br /> inspection results. Record all inspection results in the <br /> Operational Daily Logs. <br /> D. Notification of the Authorities, as follows: <br /> 1. The California Highway Patrol, County Sheriff or local <br /> State Police must be notified if findings indicate <br /> evacuation of local areas is advisable. Erickson's <br /> Emergency Coordinator must make himself available with <br /> information obtained to aid authorities. <br /> 2 . In the case of a major release (Reportable Quantity <br /> (RQ) ) , Client Emergency Coordinator or Erickson <br /> management will notify the California Office of Emergency <br /> Services, County Environmental Health, Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Control and Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board with report as follows (refer to agency <br /> phone numbers in Section G) : <br /> (a) . Name and phone number of person reporting. <br /> (b) . Name and address of facility. <br /> (c) . Time and type of incident. <br /> (d) . Name and quantity of material involved. <br /> (e) . The extent of injuries. <br /> (f) . Possible hazards to human health or the <br /> environment outside the facility <br /> 3 . The Regional Administrator, Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC) , appropriate local and state <br /> authorities will be informed, as applicable, by the <br /> Client or Erickson Management of the intention to resume <br /> operations before operations are authorized. <br /> 4. Within 15 days of implementing the Contingency Plan, a <br /> report must be filed on the incident to the Regional <br /> Administrator (DTSC) , describing the information in <br />
