This facility has been designed, constructed, <br /> operated and maintained in a manner that minimizes the threat to human health -or the <br /> environment from fire, explosion, or unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of any hazardous <br /> materials or hazardous waste to the air, soil, or surface water (including stormwaters). <br /> Please note that the Environmental Management Team (EMT) is the group at the plant <br /> that is responsible for implementing the various environmental programs at a facility. SWP3 <br /> regulations and guidance materials discuss the need,for a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Team <br /> and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations and Oil Pollution Prevention <br /> regulations discuss the need for an Emergency Coordinator. The members of the EMT are the <br /> designated Emergency Coordinators for the facility and are also the designated Stormwater j <br /> Pollution Prevention Team members. The members of this team are the designated individuals <br /> responsible for oil spill prevention and are authorized to commit the resources .of Inland to <br /> handle any environmental emergency. <br /> i I <br /> 3. Identification of Facility <br /> i <br /> Temple-Inland is a manufacturer of paperboard, corrugated fiberboard containers and <br /> other packaging used for shipping and display of such items as agriculture produce, food <br /> products, chemicals, retail display products and many others. <br /> SIC Code: 2653 — Corrugated and Solid Fiber.Boxes Establishments primarily engaged in <br /> manufacturing corrugated and-solid fiber boxes and related products from purchased paperboard <br /> of fiber stock.
