ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT TEAM <br /> A team of qualified individuals has been selected to be responsible for developing the <br /> t plan and assisting the facility in its implementation. The EMT for the facility comprises the <br /> pollution prevention team, as well as, the incident response tease, at this facility. The names of <br /> the members of the pollution prevention team and their responsibilities as relates to the <br /> components of the plan are provided in Appendix C. <br /> 5. An outline of the drainage area of each stormwater outfall, property <br /> boundaries, buildings, operation areas, process areas, and receiving <br /> streams. <br /> ti 2. Location of any existing structural control measures used to reduce <br /> pollutants in stormwater runoff. <br /> 3. Locations where significant materials are exposed to precipitation. <br /> 4. Locations where major spill or leaks have occurred. <br /> 5. Locations for each of the following activities (where exposed to k <br /> 1 stormwater) <br /> v Fuel stations <br /> v Vehicle and equipment maintenance and/or cleaning areas <br /> • Loading/unloading areas <br /> • Treatment, storage, or waste disposal areas <br /> v Liquid storage tanks <br /> v Processing areas > <br /> W Storage areas <br /> f <br /> 5.2. Identification of Manufacturing Process, Chemicals, Raw Materials, and Finished Product <br /> A material inventory has been prepared for the site and is found in' Appendix E and <br /> explained in Section 6. The inventory summary includes the. materials that are exposed to <br /> stormwater in the past three years and measures taken to..prevent the contact of these materials <br /> with stormwater.
