The information on this monitoring program are <br /> conditions of the operating permit. The permit bolder must ootify San Joaquin County Environmental health Division, <br /> phone(209)468-3420 within 30 daysof any changes to the monitoring procdures,unless required to obtain approval before <br /> [Waking the change. Required by Sections 2632d and 2641H CCR. <br /> Facility Name: Safeway Inc. Fuel Station <br /> Facility Address: 2808 Country Club Dr. Stockton, CA <br /> A. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Continuously monitored with Veeder-Root TLS-350 <br /> Piping: Continuously monitored with Veeder-Root pressured line detectors. <br /> B What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for the performing <br /> of the monitoring: <br /> Tank Veeder-Root TLS-350 in conjunction with Veeder.Root 9847390-109 <br /> Automatic Tank Guage. Interstitial space with Veeder-Root 9794390-460 interstitial sensor <br /> Piping. Veeder-Root Swiftcheck pressurized line lead detector. Turbine sump with Veeder- <br /> Root# 794380-352 sensor Fill and dispenser sump with Veeder-Root#794389-208 sensor. <br /> C. Describe the location(s)where the monitoring will be performed(facility plot plan should be <br /> attached) <br /> Inside tank, tank interstitial space, dispenser pans, turbine sump, fill sump, and product lines. <br /> Refer to attached drawing. <br /> D. List names and title of the people responsible for performing the monitoring and/or maintaining <br /> the equipment: <br /> On site alarm monitored by store manager. Remote alarms monitored by 24 hours per day, 7 <br /> days a week, 365 days per year by Tanknology <br /> E. Reporting format for monitoring- <br /> Tank: <br /> onitoringTank: <br /> Piping. <br /> F. Describe the preventive maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipement. Note: <br /> Maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule but not less <br /> than every 12 months. <br /> Personnel will review periodic tank tests, line leak results and sensor status to ensure that the <br /> system is operating properly. See attached Veeder-Root position statement on maintenance, <br /> Inspecting and Testing. <br /> G. Describe the training necessary for the operation of the UST system, including piping and the <br /> monitoring equipment <br />
