(GHH) has been retained by the US Postal Service ((TSPS)to remove two <br /> 12,000-gallon underground fuel storage tank (UST) in accordance with the following regulatory <br /> agencies: <br /> r San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> • San Joaquin County Public Works Department (PWD) <br /> • San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Quality Management District (AQMD) <br /> • San Joaquin County Fire Department (FD) <br /> • Cal OSHA(OSHA) <br /> .. The site contains one 1,000-gallon oil, one 1,000-gallon waste oil and two 12,000-gallon UST's, <br /> used for regular unleaded gasoline and diesel. This Workplan describes the removal of the two <br /> 12,000-gallon UST's only. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> The site is located at 3131 Arch Road, Stockton, California, as shown on Figures 1 and 2.
