Haight Road Tank Removal <br />NOA Project Number: E07174A <br />,January 2008 <br />Decontamination of injured Workers <br />0 20 <br />Any personnel injured or exposed in the work zone will be decontaminated by the <br />above personal decontamination procedures prior to removal from the work zone, if <br />this is possible without incurring further injury. <br />15.0 EMERGENCY INFORMATION <br />All hazardous waste site activities present a risk to onsite personnel. During routine <br />operations, risk is minimized by establishing good work practices, staying alert and <br />using proper PPE. Unpredictable events such as physical injury, chemical exposure, or <br />fire may occur and must be anticipated. <br />15.1 Site Resources <br />Communications <br />Site personnel will have cellular telephones for communication. <br />15.2 Pre -Emergency Planning <br />During the site briefing, that is held daily, all site workers will be trained in and <br />reminded of the provisions of the emergency response plan, communications systems, <br />and evacuation routes. Removal Contractor. <br />• Identifying any conditions that would suggest a situation more hazardous than <br />anticipated will result in the suspension of work until the Tank Removal <br />
