ARCO #4932, Stockton <br />Tank Entry <br />Containment Solutions will inspect the tank and report their findings to the local <br />agencies upon exit of the tank. A formal report will be submitted at a later date. <br />Scott Co. will provide a third party engineer to enter the tank once Containment <br />Solutions completes their entry. This engineer will also provide any additional <br />status report on the structural integrity and conditions of the Single Wall <br />Fiberglass Underground Storage Tank. <br />We have attached a resume for Keri M. Howell, P.E. who we will be using for <br />third party engineering services. <br />Containment Solutions will install striker plates under all tank openings once the <br />inspection work is complete. A manway will be installed at tank top were the <br />entry holes were cut for any future access. Containment Solutions will perform a <br />nitrogen test on each system prior to the introduction of any product. <br />At the completion of the project, a precision tank and line test will be performed <br />on the tanks.
