8.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> 8.1 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE <br /> The closest accessible telephone during all working hours will be identified by the SSO prior <br /> to commencing field activities. Emergency telephone numbers will be posted in the WC <br /> field vehicles. <br /> 8.2 EMERGENCY MEDICAL FACILITIES <br /> The emergency medical facilities will be identified by the WC site PM prior to <br /> commencement of activities at each site. This information will be included in the Site <br /> Specific Information addendum found in Appendix D.
