8.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> 8.1 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE <br /> The closest accessible telephone during all working hours will be identified by the SSO prior <br /> to commencing field activities. Emergency telephone numbers will be posted in the WC <br /> field vehicles. <br /> 8.2 EMERGENCY MEDICAL FACILITIES <br /> The emergency medical facilities will be identified by the WC site PM prior to <br /> commencement of activities at each site. This information will be included in the Site <br /> Specific Information addendum found in Appendix D. A map showing directions to the <br /> emergency medical facility from the work site will also be provided in this addendum. <br /> 8.3 EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT <br /> The following emergency equipment will be available at each site during field activities: <br /> • First aid kit <br /> • Eye wash or equivalent if running potable water is not available <br /> • Potable water <br /> • Gatorade or equivalent . <br /> • Fire extinguisher (10 pound, type ABC) <br /> 8.4 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> WCFS will follow all station emergency response procedures. <br /> 8.4.1 Physical Nury <br /> In the event of physical injury, the following steps will be taken: <br /> 90500000 H: HEALTHU-NLHSP April 21, 1993 <br /> FEMA UST,Firul Gcncric HSP 25 <br />
