San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (Trust <br /> Fund) $3,627.00 for research, consultation and review of <br /> documentation through date of entry of plea. <br /> 6. San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office $7,500.00 <br /> for all costs associated with this case through date of entry <br /> of plea. - <br /> Pursuant to Irish and Game code §12011(a)(2), Defendant has reached a <br /> Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and an agreement to provide the funding <br /> for MOU with: <br /> L California Department of Fish and Game to review the cleanup, mitigation <br /> and reestablishment of the damaged wetlands, including the costs <br /> associated with the review of the remainder of the project currently <br /> estimated at 4 to 5 years, <br /> 2. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division to review the cleanup <br /> and disposal of all the waste materials, including but not limited to: <br /> timbers, paint cans, epoxy cans, waste oils, ballast materials, and other <br /> debris that are currently being transported and disposed of, along with the <br /> costs associated with the necessary review of the remainder of the project <br /> currently estimated at 4 to 5 years. <br /> These agreements include an understanding regarding future testings that may be <br /> required by the reviewing agencies. <br /> Mr. Robert Krebs, Chief Executive Officer, has drafted a letter apologizing for <br /> the problems associated with this project which will be presented in the form of <br /> a 1/2 of full page advertisement requested for inclusion in the front section of the <br /> newspaper, and published within 10 days in the Stockton Record. <br />
