Army Corps of Engineers <br /> 2. State Lands Commission <br /> 3. Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> 4, State Department of Toxic Substances Control <br /> 5. San Joaquin County Solid Waste Department <br /> C <br /> Defendant shall be placed on three years informal probation. <br /> Defendant has contracted for the proper disposal of all railway associated <br /> materials previously picked up by Whetsell and Whetsell Company, <br /> ' Defendant shall obey all State of California environmental laws regarding the <br /> construction of their projects and the demolition of their projects, including waste <br /> disposal laws and regulations. <br /> U'.'r.
