Harmon; <br /> This letter has reference to our meeting today concerning the <br /> AT&SF Railway Bridge No. 1134 . 8 near Orwood Ca. and previous <br /> correspondence referring to this bridge. <br /> A meeting was held this date at the bridge. In attendance were <br /> Lt. Harmon and Art Ramirez of the Department of Fish and Game and <br /> Jay Craft and Charles Armenta of the AT&SF Railway. The site was <br /> inspected and the following items were agreed upon as the action <br /> required to resolve the alleged violations . <br /> 1. Full time cleanup will begin when this years construction is <br /> complete on or about September 1, 1992 . This cleanup is <br /> expected to take about ten weeks and should be complete <br /> about November 15, 1992 . Levels of train traffic and <br /> maintenance required could extend the time of cleanup. <br /> Santa Fe will make every effort to expedite the cleanup <br /> process . <br /> 2. All material currently in the water will immediately moved to <br /> dry ground. <br /> 3 . Berms and containments will be installed around drums and <br /> equipment requiring fueling. All berm material will be <br /> clean and prevented from migrating into the waterway. <br /> 4 . Any future concerns that are brought to the attention of the <br /> Fish and Game Department will be forwarded to Jay Craft who <br /> will make every effort to address the problem. <br /> 5 . This construction project will continue for another seven <br /> years and, until completion, the following schedule will be <br /> followed each year; <br /> _ _. .. - <br />
