The resultant drips and spills from the dip tank, spray, and vacuum coating painting processes are swept up and stored for disposal. Both dip tanks are cleaned out once a year when the solids precipitate out and settle to the bottom of the tanks making them unusable. All hazardous waste from the surface coating processes at Star Buildings is transported in one (1) cubic yard containers by North State Environmental. The dried paint waste is transported to Filter Recycling Services in Rialto, CA.
