Operational changes to this HASP that could affect the health or safety of personnel, the community, or the environment will
not be made without prior approval of the AGE Health and Safety Project Manager (H&S PM), and the AGE Health and
Safety Professional. In the event of a conflict between this HASP and federal, state, or local regulations, the more stringent
will apply.
It is understood that the AGE employees onsite will have completed training to perform hazardous waste operations or
emergency response actions as described in Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, Chapter 4, Subchapter 7 and Title
29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1910. In addition, this HASP addresses only excavation, stockpiling and hauling
operations involving assumed non-hazardous materials.
Although AGE employees onsite will have completed training to perform hazardous waste operations or emergency response
actions, the objective of the HASP is to prevent personal contact with potentially impacted soil.
