is a violation of Section 66265. 31. Article 3 , Chapter 15, <br /> 1 <br /> Title 22, CCR / Health and Safety Code Section 25189 . 5 (d) . <br /> 2 <br /> 11. The facility is not equipped with the following required <br /> 3 <br /> equipment: <br /> 4 <br /> (a) an internal communication or alarm system capable of <br /> 5 <br /> providing immediate emergency instruction to facility <br /> 6 <br /> personnel; <br /> 7 <br /> (b) a device, such as a telephone (immediately available at <br /> 8 <br /> the scene of operations) or a hand-held two-way radio, <br /> 9 <br /> capable of summoning emergency assistance from local police <br /> 10 <br /> departments, fire departments, or state or local emergency <br /> 11 <br /> response teams; <br /> 12 <br /> (c) spill control equipment and decontamination equipment <br /> 13 <br /> was not available. <br /> 14 <br /> These are violations of Section 66265 . 32 , Article 3 , <br /> 15 <br /> Chapter 15, Title 22 , CCR. <br /> 16 <br /> 12 . The owner or operator does not maintain aisle space to <br /> 17 <br /> allow the unobstructed movement of personnel or fire <br /> 18 <br /> protection equipment to any area of the facility operation <br /> 19 <br /> in an emergency. This is a violation of Section 66265. 35, <br /> 20 <br /> Article 3 , Chapter 15, Title 22 , CCR. <br /> 21 <br /> 13 . Pursuant to the requirements of Section 66265. 16, Article <br /> 22 <br /> 2 , Chapter 15, Title 22 , CCR, personnel training records <br /> 23 <br /> lacked the following: <br /> 24 <br /> (1) the job title for each position at the facility related <br /> 25 <br /> to hazardous waste management, and the name of each <br /> 26 <br /> employee filling that position; <br /> 27 <br /> (2) a written job description for each position listed <br /> 28 <br /> 7 d1��ti L� <br />
