This is a partial list of all the violations and is only <br /> intended to aid you in the final report preparation. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> Plant inspection: <br /> 1. Sixteen 5 gallon buckets containing hazardous waste were unlabeled and <br /> open in the maintenance room. Section 66262.34 (f)(3), Article 3 Chapter <br /> 12, Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR), and Section 66265.173, <br /> Article 9, Chapter 15, Title 22, CCR. ( one bucket pH 1) / Health and Safety <br /> Code Section 25189.5 (d). <br /> 2. Ten 55 gallon drums containing hazardous waste were stored past 90 days. <br /> the accumulation start dates were noted: 3-24-93, 4-5-93, 4-26-93, 3-10 93, <br /> 5-10-93, 4-1-93, 2-4-93. Section 66262.43 (a) Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, <br /> CCR / Health and Safety Code Section 25189.5 (d). <br /> 3. One 1-yard bin labeled as hazardous waste was not closed. Section <br /> 66265.173, Article 9, Chapter 15, Title 22, CCR / Health and Safety Code <br /> Section 25189.5 (d). <br /> 4. One 1-yard bin labeled as hazardous waste was stored past 90 days. <br /> Section 66262.43 (a) Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, CCR/ Health and Safety <br /> Code Section 25189.5 (d). <br /> 5.
