5 Installing your pH Control <br /> 2 Installation Procedures <br /> ® A. Using 3/4" I.D. tubing, Tee the overflows of the <br /> plate processor wash tanks. Connect 3/4" tubing <br /> from the Tee to the drain. <br /> B. Tee into the wash overflow tubing and connect to <br /> the pH Control "Water Overflow from Processor". <br /> The ball valve provided must be installed inline. <br /> Note: The drain pipe must be higher than drain but never <br /> more than 40 cm (16') or less than 20 cm (8')from floor. <br /> © 4 A. Place pH Control on the Developer tank. <br /> B. Using 1" I.D. tubing, Tee the "safety Overflow to <br /> drain" of the pH Control and the "safety <br /> Overflow to drain" Dev Tank together and send <br /> to the drain. <br /> Note:Drain not to be more than 30 cm (12') above floor or <br /> farther than 2 meters (6 feet0 from pH control. <br /> 5 A. Connect the section of 3/8" I.D. on the "Developer <br /> Tank" to the "Dev Tank" inlet of the pH Control. <br /> B. Connect the section of 3/8" I.D. on the "Water <br /> Tank" to the "Water Tank" inlet of the pH Control. <br /> i <br /> 6 Connect the braided 5/8" female swivel tubing to the <br /> I <br /> pH Control "Outlet to Drain".
