6 <br /> 6 Operating Cycle <br /> Power On <br /> Model Name Software Revision Number <br /> Total Developer count in Liters Last recorded pH reading <br /> Total Neutralizer count in Liters The unit is between <br /> operating cycles <br /> 1 The pH Control begins its operating cycle by collecting spent <br /> developer, and wash water from the photo processor. The spent <br /> developer and wash water are drawn into the pH Control's <br /> developer and water tanks via the "Developer Overflow from <br /> Processor", and the "Water Overflow from processor". <br /> 2 When the level of effluent in the developer tank reaches the LSl <br /> (Level Sensor 1), the pH Control begins pumping developer and <br /> wash water into its tank for 260 seconds (312 seconds for <br /> 220v/50hz units). The combined developer and water is 7.5 <br /> liters (469 cc developer, 7031cc water). <br /> 3 r The mixer and Neutralizer pump will turn on. Refer to chart on <br /> page 13 for exact duration (15 - 187.5 seconds). <br /> 4 When the Neutralizer has been transfered into the pH Control <br /> tank the mixer will turn off and their will be a 5 second delay <br /> before the Enviro-Jet begins discharging the neutralized solu- <br /> tion.
