(b) Facility personnel shallsuccessfutty complete the program required in subsection (a) of this section six months after the date of their employment or assignment to a facility, or to a new position at a facility. Employees hired after the effective date of these regulations shall not work in unsupervised positions until they have ccapteted the training requirements of subsection (a) of this section. (c) Facility personnel shall take part in an annual review of the initial training required in sn.tsectfon (a) of this section. (d) The owner or operator shalt maintain the following documents and records at the facitity: (1) The job title for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste management, and the name of the employee filling each job. (2) A written job description for each position listed under subsection (d) (1) of this section. This description may be cons istent in its degree Of specificity with descriptions for other simi tar positions in the ease company location or bargaining unit, but shall include the requisite skill, education or other qualifications and duties of eaployees assigned to each Position. (3) A written description of the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training that will be given to each person fitting a position listed under subsection (d) (1) of this section. (6) Records that document that the training or job experience required under subsections (a), (b) arid (c) of this section has been given to, and completed by, facility personnel. (e) 'reining records on current personnel shalt be kept unit closure Of the fac=ility; training records on former employees shall be kept for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. Personnel training records may accompany persornet transferred within the same company. Indy Electronics has not instituted a training program. 2. Section 67141 (e) (f) , Title 22, California Administrative Code (e) The plan shalt inctude a list of all emergency equipment at the facility (such as fire extinguishing systems, spill control equipment, communications and alarm systems (internal and external) and deconteminotion rq;ipment), where this equipment is required. This list shall be kept up to date. In addition, the plan shall include the location and a physical description of each item on the list and a brief outtine of its capabilities.
