Indy Electronics - 3 - <br /> (E) Response to ground water contamination incidents. <br /> (F) Shutdown of operatives. <br /> (b) Facility personnel shallsuccessfutty complete the <br /> program required in subsection (a) of this section six months <br /> after the date of their employment or assignment to a <br /> facility, or to a new position at a facility. Employees hired <br /> after the effective date of these regulations shall not work in <br /> unsupervised positions until they have ccapteted the <br /> training requirements of subsection (a) of this section. <br /> (c) Facility personnel shall take part in an annual review of the <br /> initial training required in sn.tsectfon (a) of this section. <br /> (d) The owner or operator shalt maintain the following documents and <br /> records at the facitity: <br /> (1) The job title for each position at the facility related to <br /> hazardous waste management, and the name of the employee filling each job. <br /> (2) A written job description for each position listed under subsection <br /> (d) (1) of this section. This description may be cons istent in its degree <br /> Of specificity with descriptions for other simi tar positions in the ease <br /> company location or bargaining unit, but shall include the requisite skill, <br /> education or other qualifications and duties of eaployees assigned to each <br /> Position. <br /> (3) A written description of the type and amount of both introductory <br /> and continuing training that will be given to each person fitting a <br /> position listed under subsection (d) (1) of this section. <br /> (6) Records that document that the training or job experience required <br /> under subsections (a), (b) arid (c) of this section has been given to, and <br /> completed by, facility personnel. <br /> (e) 'reining records on current personnel shalt be kept unit closure <br /> Of the fac=ility; training records on former employees shall be kept for at <br /> least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br /> Personnel training records may accompany persornet transferred within the <br /> same company. <br /> Indy Electronics has not instituted a training program. <br /> 2. Section 67141 (e) (f) , Title 22, California Administrative <br /> Code <br /> (e) The plan shalt inctude a list of all emergency equipment at the <br /> facility (such as fire extinguishing systems, spill control equipment, <br /> communications and alarm systems (internal and external) and <br /> deconteminotion rq;ipment), where this equipment is required. This list <br /> shall be kept up to date. In addition, the plan shall include the location <br /> and a physical description of each item on the list and a brief outtine of <br /> its capabilities. <br />
