Defendant, in the course of defendant's trailer towing products manufacturing <br /> 16 activities, is, pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204,hereby permanently enjoined <br /> 17 from: <br /> 18 a. Violating Chapter 6.5, of the Health and Safety Code as described in <br /> 19 paragraph 4 above. <br /> 20 6. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 21 ($10,000.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25514. Said <br /> 22 payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> 23 HEALTH DEPARTMENT- ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST. Said payment <br /> 24 shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 25 Prosecutions Unit by September 1, 2006. <br /> 26 7.
