1 ATTORNEY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 2 Environmental Prosecutions Unit by September 1, 2006. <br /> 3 8. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 4 ($20,000.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17200 et seq. <br /> 5 Said payment shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 6 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 7 Unit by September 1, 2006. <br /> 8 9. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 9 ($10,000.00) as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25514. Said <br /> 10 payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> 11 HEALTH DEPARTMENT-ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST. Said payment <br /> 12 shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 13 Prosecutions Unit by September 1, 2007. <br /> 14 10. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 15 ($10,000.00), as and for civil penalties pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25514. Said <br /> 16 payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT <br /> 17 ATTORNEY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 18 Environmental Prosecutions Unit by September 1,2007. <br /> 19 11.
