Turner Rd Lodi CA 95240 <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />according to, at a minimum, the following schedule to ensure that they are functioning properly: (1) the <br />proper operation of the cathodic protection system shall be confirmed within six months after initial <br />installation, and annually thereafter; and (2) all sources of impressed current shall be inspected and/or <br />tested, as appropriate, at least bimonthly (i.e., every other month). (c) The owner or operator shall <br />document in the operating record of the facility an inspection of those items in subsection (a) and (b) of <br />this section. Correct immediately by daily conducting and documenting the hazardous waste tank <br />inspections. <br />301. Dark wet oil stains were on the outside back lot asphalt underneath the forklift. The shop floor next <br />to the oil drain system has oily debris on it. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could <br />threaten human health or the environment. Immediately fix any leaks on the fork lifts and oil drain <br />system, clean up any spilled oil, oil stains, and oily debris, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous <br />waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br />managed by October 5, 2013. <br />601. The 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste oil based paint has an accumulation start date of 5-29-13. <br />Since this container has been on site longer than 90 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br />waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by <br />October 5, 2013. <br />804. Two universal waste(UW) lamps were not stored in a closed container but were left on the rail in <br />the UW storage area. A UW handler shall manage lamps in a way that prevents releases of any UW or <br />component of a UW to the environment. A UW handler shall contain any lamp in a container or package <br />that is structurally sound, adequate to prevent breakage, and compatible with the contents of the lamp. <br />Such a container or package shall remain closed and shall lack evidence of leakage or damage that <br />could cause leakage under reasonably foreseeable conditions. Correct immediately by storing UW <br />lamps into a proper container and close it. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining <br />how this waste was managed by October 5, 2013. <br />808. Two crates of UW electronics next to the residential oil collection area were not labeled as a <br />Universal Waste electronic. A UW handler shall label or mark UW to identify the type of waste. <br />Electronics (i.e., each electronic), or a container in which the electronics(s) are contained, shall be <br />labeled or marked clearly with the following phrase: "Universal Waste-electronic(s)".
